Together, we brought together bold, open-fire cooking with hand-selected, locally sourced ingredients, with the aim being to honour the surrounding landscape of Wonwood Barton.

We were honoured to have been asked to bring our Four Elements Catering service to this countryside celebration. Surrounded by rolling fields and flowers, our kitchen setup took centre stage and created the most beautiful outdoor dining space.
The day’s menu featured an abundance of grazing boards, flame-grilled meats, vibrant vegetarian dishes, and delicious desserts. They were all prepared on-site over wood and charcoal.
